Smart Telecommunications has acquired Sun Cellular a long time ago and in 2019 they wanted to integrate their branding and services with Sun Cellular. The client wanted a video launch showcasing the changes from old collaterals to newer ones. The target audience for these videos was the small partners around the Philippines. They also wanted to have the first video done in 3 days.
The day they called me if I was available was the day I also sent out my concept. The concept I came up with was collage artworks and a mix of frame-by-frame photo animation. This method was the fastest and artistic way we can communicate to the audience the changes in brand and services. Then for the added focus, we used their colors to the main character and collaterals have the brand colors. We also made the background black and white so the brand colors will stand up.
The project was finished in record time and they were able to showcase the video in their branding launch.
